Novikov restaurant and lounge Dubai is the second restaurant outside London for the Novikov Restaurant Group, the phenomenally successful company headed by Arcady Novikov, the restaurant guru who changed the face of dining in London. Novikov is the Asian restaurant with the focal point of ‘Open Market’; a semi circular bar that exhibits a variety of seafood, fresh fish, organic vegetables and fruits from all corners of the world.
